Product design for dipped products is one of our core strengths. There are many advantages to dip molding as a process of choice. Barrier products with film thickness of 0.050 mm are feasible with many of the material choices available, and excellent uniformity and concentricity is possible through the proper selection of dip machinery. Tooling for dipped products is generally inexpensive, and can be scaled up quickly. We can supply tooling as needed for most any project.
Formulation assistance is offered as well. We can quickly discern available polymer choices based upon a short discussion with our customer, and in turn, help develop a business model for larger plants.
